The DT System is designed to measure the temperature of the dough when it exits the mixing machines in the food industry.
The problem faced by our client stemmed from the complexity of measuring the dough temperature in the mixers: since the dough is constantly moving, the sensors were imprecise. Operators had to perform manual measurements and data recording, allowing for a certain margin of error.
System Description:
The operator takes a sample of the dough and measures its temperature using the RTD probe. The temperature is displayed on the panel screen, and once stabilized, the IoT controller sends the information to the SCADA system. This allows for monitoring if the dough temperature is outside the established operating limits.
