One of our clients in the Glass industry asked us to participate in a project for their plants in Mexico, the United States, and Europe.

In this real-time process information project, PI System technology was used as the data infrastructure, employing tools such as PI Event Frames and PI Data Link, among others.

The objective of the project was to analyze the production and quality results of different production runs to compare them and identify those that performed best. These runs are defined as Golden Run, and the operating parameters present during the run are used as references for optimal operating parameters, while the KPI indicators serve as benchmarks for production goals.
