Robotic Cell Monitoring

We participated in a project for the glass industry with one of our clients, implemented across their plants in Mexico, the United States, and Europe.

This real-time process information project utilized the PI System as the data infrastructure and visualization tool. The objective was to calculate production indicators, evaluated against scheduling in their SAP system, in order to display:

• Efficiencies

• Operational Efficiencies

• Production Goals

• Produced Pieces

• Rejected Pieces

• Downtime

All of this in real time and automatically, without the need for operator or supervisor interaction.

The information can be analyzed by shift, day, or month.
