The SGR System for generating InSite Reports, is a solution developed for Nitrogen Stimulation of Oil Wells. It is based on a custom software application installed on an industrial PC, which is mounted in the cabin of mobile Nitrogen Injection stations.

Main system functions:

• Real-time monitoring of injection parameters: Flow, Pressure, and Totalizer of injected Volume
• Recording of Work Orders and Operator on duty with special service characteristics
• Graph displaying trends of parameters since the start of the service
• Export and import of service segments between different injection units
• Generate and print on-site the various service reports required by PEMEX
• Database with historical records of all services performed by the unit
• Hardware with IP65 protection that withstands operating conditions in oil wells

The acquisition of process variables (pressure, flow, and accumulated N2 consumption) is done via a serial link (Modbus RTU) to the measuring instruments of the stations (Emerson FloBoss in most cases).

The system can be equipped with an optional Cellular modem to allow the sending of operational information and reports via email to the central distribution offices.
