In 2023 one of our Clients in the Gases Industry asked for a solution for their Pipe Trailers Control Panel, they wanted a system to be able to connect to different Electrical Supply Systems 220 or 440 VAC and also to be protected in case of low voltage situations. Also it was required that the system protect the pump to operate under cryogenic temperature. For this case, we designed the DGA panel that is a robust control system designed for cryogenic pump applications in Air Gases (Oxygen or Nitrogen) transfer systems. It ensures safe and efficient delivery from mobile units to stationary tanks by automating voltage detection and system protection.

The system automatically detects the supply voltage (220VAC or 440VAC nominal) at each installation site and reconfigures internal motor connections accordingly—eliminating the need for manual adjustments and reducing setup time.
