In 2020, one of our clients ask us to provide a solution to detect pores at the bottom of the automotive battery cases, right after the injection process. For this project, we designed and fabricated the Dielectric Test Machine with the use of an industrial 20 VK HI-POT test instrument. We have manufactured one of these machines for each of the injection machines that our client has.
After the injection process, the Dielectric Test Machine allows us to detect pores in the base of automotive battery cases, using a HI-POT type testing equipment, rated at 20 kV.
